Our Guarantee to You
As part of the services offered at the office of Drs. Durán & Martínez, every restorative dental treatment comes with a warranty. In the event of any issues arising with the performed restorations (crowns, bridges, veneers, resin restorations), the office will rectify the issue at no additional cost for a period of one year for direct restorations and three years for indirect restorations. This does not cover situations involving root canals, nor the refilling or relining of partial/complete dentures.
In order for the warranty policy to be applicable, the patient must adhere to the recommended examination and maintenance frequency by the provider.
*Direct restorations: those that are carried out using resin material directly on the dental piece to fill a gap, fracture, or cavity.
*Indirect restorations: dental replacements that are fabricated in laboratories using various materials and are then cemented in the mouth.
